Initial Assessment Consultation Policy

Payment for Consultation

Prior payment for the Initial Assessment Consultation is required and is securely held in our Clients’ account until the consultation is conducted. Payments are typically made via direct deposit, credit card, or PayPal. Please note that a transaction fee may be applicable. Upon processing your payment, we’ll promptly email you a receipt for your records.

Appointment Rescheduling

We’re happy to accommodate appointment rescheduling if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations

Given that preparatory work may be undertaken before your scheduled appointment, refunds for cancelled appointments aren’t provided. However, we understand unforeseen circumstances and can consider rescheduling under exceptional situations beyond your control.

Late Arrivals and No Shows

Arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened consultation time with our Australian Registered Migration Agent. Failure to attend your appointment results in forfeiture of the consultation fee. Should you wish to reschedule, a new fee will be applicable.
